    We don’t concern ourselves with the operations of other writing services. What we focus on is providing the best products and services to our customers.   • • Who are Your Writers?

    We employ writers with degrees from English-speaking universities. They have Bachelor’s through Ph.D.’s, and have demonstrated their skills in scholarly research and formal academic writing. Our verification and screening process is rigorous because we will only hire the best we can find. When a writer is assigned to a customer order, that writer has the right degree in that field to complete that order in an exceptional way.

  • • Do customers and writers talk?

    Yes, we really insist upon it. Our goal is that customers get exactly what they want the first time. This can happen if the writer is able to ask for clarification when necessary; this can happen when a customer can supply more information and check on progress. Every customer has a personal portal which they use to speak directly with their writers.  When this happens, the customer is far more likely to be happy with the first final draft that is delivered.

  • • How do I give the details of my order and will they be followed?

    You will find that our order form asks for lots of detail of your order. And there is a large field for you to add more specifications. We want as much information as you can give us. It lets us assign the perfect writers; and it lets your writer have the right information to proceed with your order.

  • • How is price calculated?

    We have a pricing chart that provides a price-per-page, based upon very specific factors. Those include your academic level, the type of product or service you are ordering the length of that piece of writing, and your deadline requirement. There are a few other factors too. You may be eligible for a discount; you may choose a fee-based extra that is offered. As all of these things are put into the order, your price is calculated automatically. The final price you see is it – it will never change.

  • • What types of discounts do you have?

    We publish our discount on our site. New customers always receive a welcome discount. Returning customers also get discounts based upon the cumulative amounts of money and pages ordered.

    Customers with very large orders are also provided discounts.

    Other discounts and special pricing are announced during the year, and these are prominently posted on our site. Watch for them.

  • • How do I contact you?

    Our customer support department is open 24/7/365. S, if you have a question on Christmas Day, we are open to provide an answer or resolve an issue you have. You can call us, chat with us or send an email.

Questions that may appear after placing the order

  • • What if I don’t like the final draft my writer sends to me?

    You will receive the final draft of your order on your personal portal. You must open it and review it as soon as possible. So, if you find something you don’t like, can you get changes?

    No problem. You simply click the “revision request” button on your personal account and describe exactly what you need changed. Send it off to your writer, and it will happen. You can also contact the customer support department with your revision requests and they will see that your writer begins on those immediately.

  • • Do you provide refunds?

    There is a Money-Back policy on our site, and we want our customers to review it so that they understand their rights and responsibilities regarding refunds.

    Refund requests are very rare because of our Revisions policy. Put simply, we continue to provide revisions until customers are happy with their products.

    The company does provide refunds when orders are cancelled, if we should be unable to assign a qualified writer, if an emergency delays delivery. The details are all provided in our policy.

  • • Can you guarantee that I will have confidentiality?

    Yes, we can. You do have to provide some personal information – your full name, your email address and a working phone number. When we get that information, here is what happens:

    • Your information is immediately encrypted, and you are given an ID number
    • We have a Privacy Policy that shows how we protect our information
    • We never reveal the names of our clients to any third party. We do not sell, trade, distribute or share our clients’ information with anyone – no exceptions.
    • We use a third-party processor to handle your financial transactions – we never receive or hold onto your financial information
    • Our system is protected by the most updated firewalls and other security. We have never been hacked.
